A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WHAT OUR CLUB DOES

Introduction

The History of the Club can be found under the HISTORY Tab. This page deals with the various disciplines shot by the various sections in the club.

The Club is Home Office Approved and the conditions of the approval require that we maintain a strict control on who has access to and handles firearms. Certain declarations have to be signed and these are explained further in under the MEMBERSHIP Tab.

We welcome newcomers but ask that we are given several days notice to ensure that a Coach is available to help you understand how to safely use a firearm.

The Club has the Sections listed below.  Just CLICK on the highlighted name and you will jump to that section.

 WELCOME TO OUR SECTION

We shoot in the morning on the first and third Sunday of every month .

We share a Range with several other Clubs on a small industrial estate in Hullbridge.

If you contact us we will give you directions to the Range.

Range Safety requirements mean that all firearms are limited by calibre, muzzle velocity and muzzle energy.

There are restrictions on the types of ammunition that we can use.

Approved firearms include .22 light sporting rifle, center fire carbines and muzzle loading pistols and revolvers.

We shoot standing  but facilities are available for members who have to sit to shoot.
